The new format for the Club's End of Season Awards sees Match of the Day 2 presenter Mark Chapman joined by Blues Academy graduate Leon Osman to announce all the big prizes, including the Player of the Season, Players' Player of the Season, Young Player of the Season, Goal of the Season, Fan of the Year and Chairman's Blueblood Award.
The identity of the next Everton Giant, the 2019 inductee to the Club's Hall of Fame, will also be confirmed.
Fans from around the world will be able to discover all the winners and watch exclusive interviews when the show goes live at 8pm.
Three of the awards - the Player of the Season, Young Player of the Season and Goal of the Season - were voted for by fans via an online poll. So tune in and find out who picked up the awards!
